Set in Margaret River Region. Close to loads of Wineries, Caves, Surf Beach and National Parks. We offer you the peace and quiet you have been looking for. Located on 101 acres with valley views and vineyards.
This lovely self contained cottage has 3 Bedrooms, kitchen with all the cutlery and pots and pans supplied. The laundry has a washing machine and lounge room has a TV , Video and Stereo. Outside there is a entertaining area with barbeque and setting for 6 people..
The Main Bedroom has a Queen size bed which over looks the vineyard and valley view. The Second Bedroom has a Double size bed which also looks over the same view. The Third Bedroom has a Bunk Bed and a slide out Trundle Bed and a cot can be supplied. The Lounge area has also a sofa bed. All together the cottage sleeps up to 8 people.
All bedding is supplied except for sheets and towels which can be supplied by you or we can supply at a charge of $10.00 per person.
Pets are welcome at the cottage on request. A fenced area is provided if you wish to leave your dog at the cottage.

Nestled in a peaceful natural bush setting Caves Road Chalets offers the perfect base from which to explore the many delights and natural wonders that this unique part of Western Australia's South West has on offer.
We are situated on 64 acres of natural bushland, only a few minutes from beautiful swimming and surfing beaches, wineries, restaurants, caves, galleries, golfing, bushwalking, fishing, shopping, sight seeing and more!
Our property is a nature lovers paradise with a huge array of birdlife, wildlife and seasonal wildflowers. Watch the kangaroos grazing at dusk and dawn, and the possums when they come out to play.
Our chalets are packed with many great features. There is a balcony from the main bedroom, with views of the Gorgeous Bush, Flora and Fauna.
Cosy Wood Burning Fires, Fully Equiped Kitchen, Colour Television, Washing Machine, Linen, Outdoor Wood Barbeques, Kiddies Playground, Parking and Much More. Cots, High Chairs, Baby Baths, and Stairguards are also available on Request.
